The Carol Condominium is located at 2100 St. Charles Avenue in New Orleans’ famed Garden District. The Carol is only 15 minutes from Canal Street and the French Quarter on the historic St. Charles streetcar line and Carnival parade route.
Originally designed by noted architect August A. Perez, The Carol is well recognized as a building of distinctive design and quality. Major renovations began in 2022 promising exciting changes to come including a newly designed first floor/lobby area and new elevators. Renovations continue with additional upgrades in planning!
The units offer unique views of the City of New Orleans, including the Mississippi River.
